More about me

I was interested in health and am a "people person."

Patients can expect an honest and caring interaction where I listen and respect them when consulting with me about the menopause transition. I help them understand what their bodies are going through and find ways to help ease their symptoms.

Outside of work, I like to travel, do yoga, paddleboard and spend time with my family and my two dogs.

Exercise, yoga and good nutrition.

Zumbrota, MN

Positive, easygoing, empowering and a supporter of rights for all people.

I wanted to be a nurse.

You never get more than you can handle, shared with me by my mentor.

The change of seasons.

I am a certified nurse midwife and a NAMS Certified Menopause Clinician.

I love what I do. I started out my nurse-midwife career caring for women of childbearing age and now I am caring for women at a different stage in their lives, as they go through the menopause transition. I am a member of the American College of Nurse Midwives. I have participated in a medical mission trip to Haiti with Midwives for Haiti. I currently spend my free time volunteering at a residential hospice house.
