My interest in sports medicine is all-encompassing. My patients are of all different ages and present with a variety of musculoskeletal issues. I've always pursued my interest in low back pain and spine care. I have experience working with fluoroscopic injections for spine and hip pain. I also use musculoskeletal ultrasounds for diagnostic and interventional purposes. I have past experience working with professional, collegiate and high school athletic teams.

More about me
I've always been interested in sports, from participation in various athletic activities to obtaining a bachelor’s degree in exercise science. I enjoy providing musculoskeletal care to help people do the things they want to do and help them maintain a healthy and fit lifestyle.
My patients can expect a thorough examination with a simple and straightforward explanation. I will create an individual treatment plan for every patient. I also strive to make sure my patients understand their musculoskeletal issues so they can take an active role in their own treatment.
I enjoy sports and fitness, trying to keep in shape, and maintaining the semblance of a jump shot that might occasionally go in the basket. I’m a big fan of NDSU Bison Football and the Cincinnati Bengals. If there is any spare time to be had, I really enjoy family time on our boat at the lake or on a beach with an ocean breeze.
I use weights and cardio activities to exercise. I try to eat right most of the time; it’s important to be healthy most of the time so you can indulge some of the time.
Hardworking, dependable, honest and straightforward.
I always knew that I wanted to be involved in some aspect of sports medicine.
“Nothing will ever replace hard work and effort. If you want to achieve something, put forth the work and effort to obtain that.” – My father
Minnesota has four distinct seasons with their own activities. My favorite one is spending time on the lakes in the summer.
