More about me
After exploring many career opportunities, I decided I like the ability to make a positive impact on people's lives. I also really enjoy the focus on prevention that is part of primary care.
I try very hard to follow evidence-based guidelines, and spend time determining which care option would best serve my patients. I try to provide effective, efficient and cost-effective care.
I enjoy golfing, sailing, camping, downhill skiing and playing on the computer. Most of all, I enjoy spending time with my family and kids.
I enjoy swimming, biking and walking for exercise.
Driven, detail-oriented, organized and talkative.
I always wanted to be a doctor. I considered being a biologist, a lawyer and some other professions, but always wanted to be a doctor.
I love the ease of access to the outdoors, the friendly people and the great education and health care systems.
I was part of a team that helped standardize diabetes care across Park Nicollet. I was also named to Mpls.St.Paul Magazine’s Top Doctors Rising Stars edition in 2015, 2016 and 2017.
I have enjoyed volunteering in past summers with Camp Needlepoint, a camp for children with diabetes. I have lived in the west metro my entire life. I now live here with my wife and children.
This doctor provides care at the following hospitals, but may not take patients at all of them. Talk to your doctor to see where you can go.
