You don’t have to face your struggles alone. Whether you’re dealing with an emotional, stress-related or psychiatric issue, you’ll get help from a care team who puts you and your family first.

We treat all mental illnesses in adults at our state-of-the-art facility. You’ll have the support, privacy and treatment you need to get back to your best self.

You’ll receive care in a safe, healing environment. From your first meeting with us through recovery, you’re involved in every part of your treatment.

We’re the largest provider of inpatient mental health services in the east metro. This means we can provide comprehensive, personalized care for all your needs, no matter how complex.

We also provide a range of outpatient services and programs at various locations.

Space dedicated to your healing
Your safety, privacy and healing are important while you’re here. You’ll have many comforts and resources to help you focus on getting well at our mental health treatment center, including:
Private rooms with private bathrooms A relaxation room with a TV, comfortable seating and nature murals to help you unwind An activity room with a screened front porch where you can play indoor volleyball or basketball or step out to get some fresh air Innovative therapies, like music, art and pet therapy
Family-friendly space for visits with friends and loved ones Specialized rooms for group sessions and therapies Family support and education groups
Your mental health care team
You’ll get the best care and the support you need from our collaborative care team, seven days a week. You’ll work with psychiatrists, physician assistants, mental health associates, occupational therapists, nurses, social workers and more.
DayBridge program

When you need help coping with life’s stresses, we’re here to help. Our partial hospitalization program for adults offers intensive therapy during the day. You continue to get the support of your family and friends.

Intensive Outpatient Program

We’re here to help if you’re struggling with a mental illness. We support you until you’re ready to advance to weekly therapy or medicine alone. Adults attend this program three days a week.

You’ve taken care of our country – now let us take care of you. Our program offers specialized care and resources to all veterans and families.

Outpatient clinic locations

Continue or begin your mental health care at Regions. In addition to our hospital facility, we also offer convenient outpatient clinic locations throughout the Twin Cities metro area.

Care for the deaf and hard of hearing

If you’re deaf, deaf-blind or hard of hearing, you’ll receive mental health services and be empowered by our American Sign Language-trained team.
