Welcome to our online course to help you manage pain with yoga
The Manage My Pain With Yoga program is designed to help you reduce and manage chronic pain and associated symptoms. Whether you’re new to yoga or have some experience, we know you will find tips and tricks to help build sustainable habits that will keep you practicing yoga as you feel less pain.
While you can set your own pace, we recommend completing one module a week. Each module consists of education, demonstration and practice videos. After you’ve completed a module, please provide any feedback that you have. Your feedback is anonymous and will help us refine the program to provide the most value to those who suffer from chronic pain.
