You’ll want to do two things:
We use the behavioral interview method at Regions. This focuses on your actual job experiences. Be ready to talk about real work situations, actions you took and the results. We want to learn about you, your work style and how you handle challenges or take initiative.
You may interview with one person, or a panel of people (this could include potential peers, direct reports or colleagues from related departments).
We typically recommend using the main entrance and parking in the south ramp. It’s 24/7 and it’s an underground ramp. Bring your ticket with you – your interviewer(s) will show you where to get it validated.
Your interview email will say where you need to go. (Most interviews are in the hiring department.) If you need help finding your way, head to the front desk in the main entrance lobby. You can also ask anyone wearing a badge for assistance.
If you’re not sure what room your meeting is in, go to the Human Resources Service Center on the second floor, North Section, room N260.
