We can help you learn how to cope with life’s stresses. DayBridge is for adults who need intensive therapy and have the support of family and friends to continue to live in your community. You will attend therapy during the day and return to your home at night and on weekends.

Learning how to resolve problems based on your goals
Skills to cope with current and future stresses
Our mental health specialists know how to plan the best treatment for you. Some of your team members may include: psychiatrist, registered nurse, registered dietitian, masters level social worker, music therapist, occupational therapist, psychologist, internal medicine or family practice physician when needed.
