Deb Hopp is senior vice president of MSP-C at MSP Communications, publishers of Mpls.St.Paul magazine and Twin Cities Business, and directs the company’s content marketing division. Among their 20+ clients are global brands IBM, 3M, General Mills, Delta Airlines, McKesson, United Health Group, American Express, Miracle Ear and many others, along with regional brands such as the Minnesota Twins, St. Paul Foundation and Sons of Norway. Deb has more than 40 years of experience in publishing and marketing, beginning at the University of Minnesota’s Minnesota Daily. Deb has served on a number of volunteer boards of directors including as chair of The United Way, the University of Minnesota Foundation, Minnesota Women’s Economic Roundtable, Walker Art Center, University of Minnesota Alumni Association, Minneapolis Downtown Council, Women Winning, and The Minnesota Children’s Museum. She has also served on the boards of The Minnesota Orchestral Association, Minnesota Chamber of Commerce, Girl Scout Councils of River Valley, and Lakewood Cemetery. She extensive for-profit board experience as well, currently on the board of privately held Bachman’s Inc.

A native of Cloquet, Minnesota, Deb and her husband Christopher Dahl live in Orono. They spend most summer weekends on a wilderness island in northern Minnesota that has been in his family for nearly 100 years. They have four grown children and two grandchildren. Deb loves sports and traveling and wishes for more time with family, friends and all the brilliant people she has met along the way.
