Jeff Mendeloff came to Minneapolis in 1999 and was hired by Park Nicollet Clinic. Dr. Mendeloff is the Department Chair of Vascular Surgery at Methodist Hospital. Previously, he was the Medical Director of the Methodist Hospital Vascular Lab (2006–2012). Outside of practice he served four years on Park Nicollet’s Clinical Board of Governers and two years on Park Nicollet’s Community Board. He currently serves on the Executive Medical council, the Quality Committee, the Nominating and Leadership Development Committee, the Block Scheduling Committee and Ambulatory Surgery Committee at Methodist Hospital. He is also Vascular Surgery Department Chair and co-chair of the Methodist Hospital Surgery Committee. Additionally, Dr. Mendeloff is actively involved with surgical education.
He is an Adjunct Surgical Professor of Surgery in the Department of Surgery at the University of Minnesota. He currently serves on the Surgical Education Council for University of Minnesota’s Department of Surgery.

Dr. Mendeloff lives in Minneapolis. He has a wonderful wife and three children. They are all die-hard Green Bay Packer fans.
