HealthPartners is constantly looking for new ways to serve our members, patients and community. One way we’re doing that is by assessing well-being.
We are doing a confidential survey of our members. The information we collect will be used for two things. First, it will help shape our strategic priorities. Second, it will help us achieve our mission of improving health and well-being in partnership with members, patients and the community.
