HealthPartners recognizes exceptional care system partners for innovation

Annual Partners in Excellence Awards celebrates over 50 health care providers from across the Upper Midwest

BLOOMINGTON, Minn. — Recently, HealthPartners recognized over 50 health care providers as part of its Annual Partners in Excellence program.

The program celebrates providers across the Upper Midwest who are doing meaningful work to improve health, experience and affordability for the patients and communities they serve. Awards recognize medical, specialty, pharmacy and hospital providers who contract with the HealthPartners health plan.

“Each year, our care system partners continue to push the envelope and redefine what it means to provide quality, innovative care to patients,” said Chuck Abrahamson, vice president of Provider Relations and Provider Network Management. “Each team or individual recognized has achieved measurable results and shown a steadfast commitment to improving patient experience.
