HealthPartners celebrates innovation in health, experience and affordability

Partners in Excellence Awards recognizes providers from across Minnesota

BLOOMINGTON, Minn. — HealthPartners recently honored over 50 health care providers at its 20th Annual Partners in Excellence program.

The program looks for meaningful advances toward the Triple Aim – improved health, affordability and consumer experience. Recognition goes to medical, specialty, pharmacy and hospital providers who contract with the HealthPartners health plan.

“I continue to be amazed every year by our care system partners and their dedication, commitment and, quite honestly, their perseverance. These are individuals and teams who aren’t settling for the status quo, and are determined to find a better way,” said Chuck Abrahamson, vice president of Provider Relations and Provider Network Management. “We’re pleased to celebrate their results and innovations that are truly improving health, saving lives, and making health care more affordable.”
