BLOOMINGTON, Minn. — HealthPartners is once again the top-rated private commercial health plan in Minnesota. It is also one of the highest-rated health plans in the nation, according to the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA)*.

HealthPartners Freedom (Cost)** plan is the top-rated Medicare plan in the state. The Medicare plan received a rating of 5 out of 5 from NCQA.***

HealthPartners commercial plan was rated 4.5 out of 5 nationally for 2017-2018. NCQA has recognized HealthPartners as the highest performing private commercial plan in Minnesota for 13 years (2005-2017).

“These results are a testament to many collaborative efforts across our health plan and care teams,” said Andrea Walsh, president and chief executive officer. “Throughout our organization, we are taking extra steps to deliver exceptional service, improved quality and health care that’s more affordable. It’s an honor to be recognized for this work, and to be rated as one of the top health plans in the country.”
