J.D. Power: HealthPartners ranks No. 1 in member satisfaction in
Minnesota-Wisconsin Region

The health plan received the highest ranking in the region in coverage and benefits and customer service

BLOOMINGTON, Minn. – For the fourth year in a row, HealthPartners is the highest-ranked health plan in overall satisfaction in the Minnesota-Wisconsin Region, according to the J.D. Power 2021 U.S. Commercial Member Health Plan Study.

Based on responses from 32,066 commercial health plan members, HealthPartners scored highest in the region in four out of six factors evaluated by the study, including coverage and benefits, customer service, information and communication and billing and payment.

Notably, HealthPartners’ overall member satisfaction index is 21 points higher than the region’s average.

The annual J.D. Power study measures satisfaction among members of 150 health plans in 22 regions throughout the United States. It examines member satisfaction and engagement, as well as six key factors including billing and payment; cost; coverage and benefits; customer service; information and communication; and provider choice.
