Park Nicollet Foundation names new executive director

May 15, 2023

ST. LOUIS PARK, Minn. — Park Nicollet Health Services today announced that Hayley Mueller will serve as the new executive director of the Park Nicollet Foundation. Mueller begins this week and will be responsible for the foundation’s philanthropic and community efforts, building relationships to support a variety of programs and advancing the HealthPartners mission to improve health and well-being in partnership with its members, patients and community.

“I’m honored to be part of such a great organization and mission,” Mueller said. “This feels full circle for me. I’ve had wonderful experiences as a patient, and now I get to assist grateful patients by connecting people with the programs that are meaningful to them.”

Mueller has more than 16 years of philanthropy experience and a master’s degree in nonprofit/public/organizational management from Hamline University. She has spent her career fundraising, most recently as chief development officer at YWCA Minneapolis.

The Park Nicollet Foundation is the philanthropic arm that supports the HealthPartners Park Nicollet Care Group, including primary and specialty care such as TRIA. The foundation also collaborates across HealthPartners’ other seven hospital foundations to build coordinated-but-local community informed philanthropic strategies for the future. Mueller joins the foundation in its milestone 50th year to help launch the next half-century of difference making.

“We’re excited to welcome Hayley during this special time,” said Park Nicollet Methodist Hospital President Jennifer Myster. “Her leadership and experience will benefit our patients, colleagues and community.”
