Common questions and answers

What if the information I entered doesn't match HealthPartners records?

To get started with a myHealthPartners account, the HealthPartners Member ID you enter must match the date of birth we have on file for you. Please enter your eight-digit Member ID number exactly as shown next to “ID” on your HealthPartners membership card and enter your date of birth in mm/dd/yyyy format. If you have any problems registering, please contact the Web Support Helpdesk at the number listed above.

Note: If your Member ID card contains an error, you can register with the incorrect information. Please let us know what corrections are needed by contacting Member Services using the “Contact us” link.

What if the registration form won't let me continue?

Be sure to fill out all the required fields. If you submit the registration form with information that is incomplete or that doesn’t match our records, you'll see red text identifying what isn’t working. Then, correct any errors and resubmit the registration.
