The drug list (also called a formulary) is a list of medications that are covered by an insurance plan. Use our formulary online search tool to check if your medicines are covered by our plans:
Group retiree formulary
Beginning in 2018, drugs will be placed on the formulary tiers based on their cost – whether they are brand or generic. Some drugs will be moving tiers. If a drug moves to a lower cost tier, it means you’ll pay less. If a drug moves to a higher cost tier, it means you’ll pay more. Take a look at our online formulary search tool and check if your medicines are covered under our group retiree plans:
Note: For HealthPartners MSHO plan, the search tool provides results for Medicare Part D covered drugs only. For a complete list of all MSHO covered drugs, including the drugs covered by Medical Assistance (Medicaid) see the MSHO Drug List.
