When creating your account, the email address provided during registration will be used for future logins.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What happens if I forget my login information?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A forgotten password can be reset within the registration system with the email address that was provided. Select \u201cClick here for lost password\u201d on the cart login page. If you have forgotten the account email address, contact the TRIA CE team at 952-806-5603.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What if I don\u2019t receive a confirmation email or conference access information? \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Vital emails are sometimes blocked by organization firewalls. If you don&#8217;t receive a confirmation email upon registration, please check your junk folder or your company&#8217;s email quarantine. We suggest changing to a personal email address if you encounter a firewall. Please contact us should you need assistance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What time zone is the conference in? <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Central time zone<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How long will I have access to the content?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Content may be accessible for eleven months from the date of the event.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Are any sessions not eligible for continuing education credits?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Please refer to the CE page for the conference you are attending for more information.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Quick Start Guide<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Equipment Needed<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Before the meeting begins, ensure that you have the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Computer with a stable internet connection<\/li>\n<li>Google Chrome browser \u2013 Live stream performs best using Google Chrome<\/li>\n<li>Speakers, either external or built-in, or headphones<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Connecting to Live Stream Sessions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Three to five days prior to the conference you will receive an email with instructions on how to connect. This will be sent to the email address used to register for the event. Please remember to check your junk email folder if you don\u2019t see the email.<\/li>\n<li>It is highly recommended that you try the access link prior to the conference\u00a0to make sure you can get into the live stream and to identify any potential streaming or firewall issues.<\/li>\n<li>If you will be accessing the conference from a business email or device and experience a firewall, changing to a personal email and using Chrome should solve the problem.<\/li>\n<li>Please contact us no later than the day prior to the conference if you need to change your email address.<\/li>\n<li>On conference day, email\/access changes cannot be made while the conference is in session. If you have an emergency and need to make a change, we are only able to make changes during breaks.<\/li>\n<li>Please note: You may need to repeat the log in process during the day. This is normal and you should get right back into the conference. We make necessary updates just before the welcome address and in between presentations. If you have difficulty reconnecting, please contact us.<\/li>\n<li><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How can I ask a question during the live stream sessions?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Attendees can text questions to the number provided throughout the conference for our moderators to ask our speakers during the Q&amp;A.<\/li>\n<li>Questions may also be submitted online using the link or QR code provided in the Conference Details email sent to registrants the week of the conference.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Connection Issues \/ Technology Tips<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Google Chrome browser is best for live stream events. Ensure pop-up windows are allowed.<\/li>\n<li>If you are unable to connect to live stream sessions:\n<ul>\n<li>First try closing your browser, restarting it, and then logging back into the website.<\/li>\n<li>Check for firewalls that may block access.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>If your internet connection is slow:\n<ul>\n<li>Check your internet connection by trying to open any webpage in your browser. If your connection seems as fast as usual on this test, exit the live stream and restart your browser to see if the issue resolves.<\/li>\n<li>Move closer to your Wi-Fi router or consider wiring your computer directly to your modem with an Ethernet cable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>For sound issues, if you are using your computer\u2019s speakers, consider using headphones to reduce feedback and increase clarity.<\/li>\n<li>If you still experience issues, please reach out to us by email at <a href=\"mailto:triaeducation@tria.com\">triaeducation@tria.com<\/a> or by calling 952-806-5603, 8:00 a.m. \u2013 4:30 p.m. CST, Monday \u2013 Friday.
