{"id":12047,"date":"2023-07-28T11:23:24","date_gmt":"2023-07-28T16:23:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.healthpartners.com\/institute\/?page_id=12047"},"modified":"2026-03-27T10:55:29","modified_gmt":"2026-03-27T15:55:29","slug":"changes-to-your-registration","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.healthpartners.com\/institute\/tria-institute\/tria-continuing-medical-education\/changes-to-your-registration\/","title":{"rendered":"Changes to your registration"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><strong>Changes to your registration<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>If you need to cancel or make a change to your registration, please contact <a href=\"mailto:triaeducation@tria.com\">triaeducation@tria.com<\/a> or call 952-806-5603, 8:00am-4:30pm CST, Monday-Friday.<\/p>\n<h3>Refunds:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>&gt; 14 days prior to the event:\u00a0 full refund will be issued<\/li>\n<li>7-13 days prior to the event:\u00a0 50% of paid registration fee will be refunded<\/li>\n<li>&lt; 7 days prior to the event:\u00a0 no refund will be issued<\/li>\n<li>Refunds will be issued based on original payment method.\u00a0 Please allow for up to six weeks for refunds.<\/li>\n<li>Refunds for on-demand content will not be issued after registrant accesses materials.<\/li>\n<li>Should cancellation by TRIA be necessary, all participants will be notified as soon as possible and full refunds issued.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Changes:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Additional registration fee will be due when changing from in-person to virtual attendance of a hybrid event.<\/li>\n<li>Refunds will not be issued when changing from virtual to in-person attendance within 14 days of a hybrid event.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Changes to your registration If you need to cancel or make a change to your registration, please contact triaeducation@tria.com or call 952-806-5603, 8:00am-4:30pm CST, Monday-Friday.
