At our Center for Memory and Aging, our researchers and care teams are working to improve lives by advancing the understanding and treatment of memory and cognitive disorders. We offer state-of-the-art diagnostic tests, comprehensive treatment methods and therapies to improve symptoms, enhance independence and support patients in living a full life.<\/p>\n

Our team of doctors, nurses, neuropsychologists, social workers, pharmacists and researchers is in HealthPartners Neuroscience Center in St. Paul, Minnesota.<\/p>\n

Research to improve memory<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Since 1977, we have conducted\u00a0neuroscience research<\/a> to improve the diagnosis, prevention and treatment of memory loss. We are known for developing intranasal drug delivery, which\u00a0delivers medication through the nose to target the brain for the treatment of memory loss and dementia. NeuroWell model of care <\/strong><\/h3>\n

Many people living with age-related changes or neurological conditions that impact brain and body health say that living their best means living as freely and independently as possible. Community connections<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Our experts offer educational talks each month in the community and at HealthPartners Neuroscience Center. Most sessions are geared toward patients and families. Some sessions offer continuing education credits for professional caregivers. Follow us on\u00a0Facebook<\/a>\u00a0to learn about our upcoming events.<\/p>\n

Care Ecosystem<\/strong><\/h3>\n

We are also assessing the effectiveness of a promising model for dementia care called the Care Ecosystem. It\u2019s a telephone and web-based approach that uses care navigators to help patients with dementia and their caregivers navigate their care and connect with community resources such as food delivery services, financial assistance and more.<\/p>\n
