Through a post-graduate curriculum that promotes competency in systems-based practice, the APC Fellowship focuses on improving health and health care while containing costs.<\/p>\n<p>APC fellows\u00a0train in multiple HealthPartners practice settings at hospitals and clinics in both rural and urban settings. The program length is usually 12-18 months.
