Patients, members, employees, and the community are at the center of our work as we design, collect data and share results. We provide services to HealthPartners and beyond.<\/p>\n<p>Many teams already carefully consider program design and implementation. Defining and measuring the success of their efforts, however, may not always be a formal part of their plan. There are tremendous costs associated with not knowing whether programs or initiatives are on target. That\u2019s how our Center for Evaluation and Survey Research can make a difference. We generate insights that lead to action.<\/p>\n<h2>Key areas<\/h2>\n<div id=\"\" class=\"box border-blue bg-light-gray \" \/>\n<h3>Survey research<\/h3>\n<p>Asking questions is easy but asking them in a systematic unbiased way is both an art and a science. We use best practices in survey research to design and implement multimode, multilingual, high-quality surveys. We focus on the purpose of the survey and how the data generated will be used. Our survey services include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Survey development<\/li>\n<li>Survey design and formatting<\/li>\n<li>Multilingual data capture via mail, telephone, web, in person and mixed mode<\/li>\n<li>Subject recruitment, consenting and follow-up<\/li>\n<li>In-depth interviews<\/li>\n<li>Focus groups<\/li>\n<li>Chart abstraction<\/li>\n<li>REDCap (data collection software) development and training<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Take a look at some of our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.healthpartners.com\/institute\/review-surveys\/\">current surveys<\/a>.<br \/>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"\" class=\"box border-darkblue bg-light-gray \" \/>\n<h3>Evaluation<\/h3>\n<p>Evaluation can help teams understand how well a program or initiative is working and if it is having the desired impact. It can increase effectiveness and reduce costs with a focus on process improvement, resource management, progress measurement and overall impact.
