Our colleagues may volunteer to provide observation experiences throughout our organization.<\/span><\/span><span class=\"EOP SCXW55307287 BCX0\" data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Observers<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u202fare individuals seeking a learning experience through direct observation of a HealthPartners colleague. Learning is through listening and observing only and no patient\/customer care is provided.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Mentors<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u202fare individuals at HealthPartners who choose to offer guidance and support to assist others with career development, learning from past experiences and exploring interest in health care careers.
