Our evaluation services are designed for and with stakeholders. The data we collect are used to develop, improve, and plan for future program success.<\/p>\n<p>We consult on evaluation projects, collect qualitative and quantitative data, and analyze existing data. We keep costs down by using standard tools and processes across projects. Our team is led by people trained in evaluation and survey methods, and we are always trying to improve and make sure that what we do meets our clients\u2019 needs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Benefits of program evaluation<\/strong><br \/>\nA thorough evaluation can clarify purpose and direction. It can also improve effectiveness and cost by determining how well a program is working. And if the program is meeting its intended impact. Evaluation helps:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify process improvement opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Determine if and how to adjust resource use<\/li>\n<li>Measure progress toward the program&#8217;s goals<\/li>\n<li>Show stakeholders why the program is important<\/li>\n<li>Understand the impact the program is having on people<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In addition, evaluation can encourage collaboration, increase credibility, and promote organizational learning and improvement.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The right time for evaluation<\/strong><br \/>\nEvaluation can take place in all project phases, from a needs assessment before a program is developed, to an impact assessment after a program has been running for a while. It\u2019s ideal if evaluators can be involved from the beginning so measurement opportunities can be woven into the design of the program.
