Occupational Therapists<\/strong>
\nThis educational activity has been approved by TRIA Orthopedic Center for a maximum of 7.0 continuing education hours.<\/p>\n

Physical Therapists
\n<\/strong>This educational activity has been approved by the Minnesota Board of Physical Therapy <\/span>for a maximum of 7.0 continuing education hours.<\/p>\n

If you should have any questions regarding how this accredited event pertains to your license, including therapists not licensed in Minnesota, please contact the licensing board in your state for further information.<\/p>\n

Other Health Care Professionals
\n<\/strong>Other health care professionals who participate in this CE activity may submit their statement of participation to their appropriate accrediting organizations or state boards for consideration of credit. The participant is responsible for determining whether this activity meets the requirements for acceptable continuing education.<\/p>\n

Participants can only claim the hours they were actually in attendance for CE credit. In order to receive credit, participants must attend at least one full session and submit a participant tracking sheet and evaluation.<\/p>\n
