Select plans feature an annual maximum dental benefit amount (enhanced for 2023) for cleanings, exams and X-rays. You can see any dental provider you want, and there’s no waiting period for coverage.

Most plans include coverage for routine hearing exams, options for hearing aids through TruHearing® (enhanced for 2023), an annual benefit allowance for non-Medicare-covered eyewear, and a gym membership and home fitness kit through our partnership with SilverSneakers®. There’s also a plan where you can get a quarterly allowance to spend on select over-the-counter products and supplies (new for 2023).
