Writing about people, topics and ideas that better the health of our communities is a central thread across my 12 plus years as a marketing communications professional in multiple private sector and nonprofit settings. My recent work at two mental health nonprofits brought to my attention the need for integrated care, which takes into account financial, social, physical, and emotional aspects of well-being.
Now as a Marketing Communications Consultant at HealthPartners, it inspires me that I can elevate these ideas further, helping employers understand how they play an integral role in shaping the health and well-being of their workforce. Everything is interconnected when it comes to health. And the more we can work together, form partnerships, and collaborate, the more productive and vibrant our communities will be.
