In my role as Director of Improvement and Integration at HealthPartners, I lead a variety of innovative approaches to make our healthcare system work better. My team manages strategic initiatives, clinical integration, and health plan quality improvement. I love being able to take a systems view of how things work and to question why we do what we do as an industry.

I have spent my career at the intersection of health policy and healthcare administration, focusing on safety net populations and Medicaid. I get really excited about reforming payment through Accountable Care Organization models, and investing in social needs as a way to improve population health. I believe that spending healthcare dollars differently is one of the most powerful ways we can improve the lives of all Americans.
