We accept most health insurance plans, including Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota, CIGNA, HealthPartners, Medica, Medicare, Medicare Advantage, PreferredOne and many others.
You can check with your insurance to see if your plan covers part or all the services needed. Call the number on the back of your card for help looking at your options.

We offer e-statements as an alternative to getting paper statements in the mail. To sign up, please have your current TRIA billing statement available – it contains the information you need to create an account.
Once you enroll to receive e-statements, you will no longer receive paper statements from TRIA. Communication about your bill will come to your email. Visit the link below to view your TRIA billing statement or create an account. For more information about e-statements, check out our
