Career

Nancy oversees HealthPartners’ Law, Risk and Sustainability activity. Nancy joined the HealthPartners Law Department in 2005. She was the Deputy General Counsel - Care Group before becoming General Counsel in 2019. She started her legal practice in Washington D.C. where she worked for five years before returning to Minnesota to join the Allina Law Department. She came to HealthPartners from Dorsey & Whitney, LLP. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Nancy worked in New York City, leading a team of young adults in an AmeriCorps precursor program and serving as the planner in a community health center.

Personal

Nancy grew up in Moorhead MN. In her free time, she enjoys choral singing and attending live theater. Nancy serves on the boards of directors of several local organizations.
