Thank you for your interest in the HealthPartners team.

I like to ask new colleagues why they chose HealthPartners. Almost always, the answer has something to do with our mission of improving the health and well-being of our members, patients and community. Many also have heard about our Head + Heart, Together culture that’s rooted in partnership, and a workplace where every person is welcomed, included and valued. Some have heard us named one of our region’s best places to work. Others have known HealthPartners as a patient, a health plan member or both, and they’ve wondered what it would be like to be part of our team.
