• Little Partners (PDF) – Our Little Partners benefit gives members 12 years old and younger 100% coverage for all their dental care when they see an in-network dentist – no coinsurance, deductible or annual maximum. That helps give kids their best opportunity for great dental health now and in the future.
• MouthWise Matters (PDF) – Members who are pregnant or living with diabetes have unique dental needs. Through our MouthWise Matters program, we provide 100% in-network coverage for extra gum treatment, including root planing and scaling, as well as additional help from our disease and case management team.
