Also called a formulary, your drug list (PreferredRx) shows you which medicines are covered under your plan.

• Tier 1 (Preferred in-network pharmacies): Bellin Health, Meijer – Green Bay, Walmart
• Tier 2 (Nonpreferred in-network pharmacies): All other in-network pharmacies
• Tier 3 (Out-of-network pharmacies): All other pharmacies
