  • The virtual webinar provides results of AHIP’s 2008 survey of health plans working to identify and manage cardiometabolic health among enrollees, providers, communities, and employers. Participants will learn how health plans and employers are establishing wellness, prevention and care management programs to reduce cardiometabolic risk (or metabolic syndrome) and optimize health outcomes.
