Dr. Grace Kollannoor Samuel is a Research Investigator and Primary Care Physician at HealthPartners Institute with a background in nutritional sciences, internal medicine, and public health-chronic disease epidemiology. A major focus of Dr. Kollannoor Samuel’s work has been the prevention and management of type 2 diabetes through the analysis of dietary behaviors, health system data and access to care. Her published research includes studies on glycemic control, diabetes self-care education, food insecurity and metabolic risk among adults in both clinical and community settings. She has extensive experience in quantitative data analysis and interpretation with expertise in large-scale data and medical claims data.
