About

Maren Gelle Henderson (she/her/hers), MPP, is an evaluator with a background in public policy, program evaluation, and community-based participatory research. Her evaluation practice emphasizes partnership and shared learning, working together with content experts and stakeholders to understand diverse perspectives, measure impact, and identify opportunities to improve. As an Evaluation and Survey Scientist with HealthPartners Institute’s Center for Evaluation and Survey Research (CESR), she leads a number of evaluation projects with partners across the health system and partnering community organizations. She also contributes to CESR’s qualitative service line, including interviews, focus groups, and community engagement facilitation, to bring stakeholder voice to health system research projects.

Conducting Institute research since 2021.

Research interests inculde:

  • Use of community-based participatory research and/or participatory evaluation methodologies
  • Qualitative methods and analysis to bring stakeholder voice into intervention design and evaluation process.
