A delegate's role is to create and maintain accounts for employees in your organization.

Your delegate can:

  • reset your password
  • reactivate your account
  • find your username
  • add applications to your account
  • create new accounts

There are two ways to find your delegate:

  • by your organization's tax ID and NPI
  • by first / last name and phone number
