You can check if your organization is registered. If so, your organization’s delegate can help you register, too.
You can register via U.S. Mail. We’ll mail a pin code to your location to complete the registration.
If you have a check from HealthPartners, the vendor number is on the check (shown to the left of the date). You may also register with your Type 2 NPI instead.
Continue to register yourself. You’ll be able to let us know why the person registered is not able to assist you when you create your account.
No. After you register, use the Tax ID & NPI access application to add additional access to your account. If you don’t have a check number for validation, contact us in the Help Center for assistance.

Use your own information to create an account. Because you will have access to members’ Protected Health Information (PHI), we need to be able to identify you. Sharing accounts is not allowed. After you create your account, you’ll be able to create additional accounts for others in your organization.
Register with your tax ID, Type 2 NPI and the number on the non-payment notice. Be sure to include the “NP” in front of the number.
If you’re unable to identify the Type 2 NPI, register with the vendor number or U.S. mail option.

No. The request for access must be approved by a business contact at the client or provider’s office.
You can check the status of your request by selecting the Tax ID & NPI access application. Status appears in the righthand column. You’ll also get a message in your web account message center.
