Recredentialing is the periodic review of providers already in the HealthPartners network. The recredentialing process supports quality care and patient safety for HealthPartners members by confirming that providers continue to meet required licensing and professional standards.

Providers need to be recredentialed every three years as required by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA).

You can get recredentialed in the online Provider Data Profiles application.

The Provider Data Profiles application allows you to review, add and update specific profile information for locations and practitioners, in addition to getting recredentialed.
