If your practice is located in Minnesota’s Anoka, Carver, Chisago, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Scott or Washington counties and has 10 or fewer clinicians, you can join our network by contracting with one of our partners. HealthPartners is expanding access to behavioral health care through partnerships with Grow Therapy and Headway.
Please note that you're required to enroll with the Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) before applying to join our network if you're located in:
- Minnesota
- Any Iowa, North Dakota, South Dakota or Wisconsin county that borders Minnesota
