Tobi Tanzer is senior vice president of integrity and compliance and chief compliance officer at HealthPartners. In her role, Tobi oversees and implements our integrity and compliance program. This program covers the compliance, privacy and ethics activities of all HealthPartners organizations and products, including our health and dental plans, care system and institute for research and education. Tobi also leads our internal audit function.

She has written and lectured both locally and nationally on corporate compliance and ethics, privacy, health care fraud, physician-industry relationships, and discrimination and bias in health care. Before stepping into her current role, Tobi served as an associate counsel for HealthPartners and was an attorney in private practice in Minneapolis.
