Conditions treated: With an e-visit, you can get a diagnosis and treatment plan for acne, bug bites, birth control, cold and flu symptoms, cold sores, pink eye, sinus infections, skin rashes, urinary tract infections and vaginal irritation.
How long it takes: We’ll guide you through a series of questions about your symptoms, health history and more, all in about 10 minutes. From there, our clinicians review your responses, create a diagnosis and develop a treatment plan for you.
We’ll let you know right away when your treatment plan is ready, which can be as little as two hours.
E-visit hours: Our clinicians review e-visits 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. weekdays and 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekends and holidays. If you submit an e-visit after hours, you’ll receive your treatment plan the next day.
Cost: E-visits are a lower cost option.
Video visits let you talk face to face with a clinician for the same expert advice you’d expect in person.

How long it takes: A video visit usually takes less than 30 minutes.
Video visit hours: We offer video visits between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., and often there are earlier or later appointments for when flexibility matters most. In most cases, you can schedule and have an appointment on the same day. To schedule online, pick a time that works for you, and you’ll receive an email or text message with the link you need to join your visit.
Cost: Video visits are billed the same as a clinic visit.

We have urgent care locations that treat mild and moderate illnesses and injuries, including sore throats, cuts and burns, ear infections, high fevers and many more. We also have orthopedic urgent care locations that specialize in injuries, such as sprains, strains and breaks.
How long it takes: Wait times at urgent care locations vary. To make it easier to plan your day, our urgent care listings include estimated wait times. You can also use our Save My Spot option to let us know you’re coming and spend less time in the waiting room.
