For many, e-visits are a great option for acne, a cold, the flu, sinus infections, rashes, birth control and more.

How e-visits work

You can start an e-visit anytime, day or night. Most of the time, you’ll receive a treatment plan in as little as two hours. Our clinicians review e-visits and deliver treatment plans from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. on weekdays and 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekends and holidays.

1. Answer a few questions about your health, insurance and payment

We’ll guide you through questions that are straightforward and easy to answer. Many are the same questions you hear in the doctor’s office, including those about your symptoms, medications, allergies and insurance.

We’ll also ask for your credit card information, but you won’t be charged right away. Insurance plans are billed first, and credit cards are only charged if no insurance is provided or if there’s a remaining balance. And there’s never a charge if we can’t treat you.

2. Online diagnosis by experienced clinicians

Our experienced team of board-certified nurse practitioners review your answers. Then, they’ll provide a diagnosis and create a personalized treatment plan for you.

3. Find out how to get better

When your treatment plan is ready, we’ll notify you via email. If you need any prescriptions, they’re automatically sent to your preferred pharmacy.

If we can’t diagnose you online, we’ll help get you to the care you need. If this happens, you won’t be charged for the e-visit.
