HealthPartners communicates changes to contracted providers via Fast Facts, an on-line newsletter which is published bi-monthly. It is a requirement that all contracted providers sign up to receive this newsletter.
Health care providers – If you have a check/EFT # you can add access instantly using the "Tax ID & NPI access" option found in your applications menu. If you do not have a check/EFT # please complete the form below and your request will be processed.
Billing Service/Third Parties – You may add additional providers to your access by using the "Tax ID & NPI access" option found in your applications menu.
