EFT enrollment

´╗┐Authorizing Electronic Funds Transfer (or EFT) as your payment method will speed payment delivery by depositing payments directly to your bank account, allowing quicker access to funds paid to you. HealthPartners strongly encourages EFT as your payment method so you have your access to your payments as soon as possible!

Electronic Funds Transfer signup is safe and secure. All sensitive information is encrypted.

To be eligible to receive EFT payments, you must be currently submitting claims to HealthPartners. If you are an authorized requestor for your organization, you can complete the on-line EFT enrollment.

As an authorized requestor, you will need to provide the following information:

  1. A HealthPartners Provider portal account
  2. Check/EFT# from a previous claim payment
  3. Provider name and identifier(s)
  4. Contact Information
  5. Financial institution information - Only one bank account per enrollment is allowed
  6. Reason for enrollment submission (New, Change, or Cancel)
  7. Authorized e-signature

Once the EFT enrollment has been successfully submitted, you will receive a printable confirmation page for your records.

To avoid payment interruption or errors, any changes in depository financial institution or other payment instructions must be provided to HealthPartners 15 business days in advance.
