Dr. Brad Wozney joined Bellin Health in 1998 as a Board Certified Family Physician and practices at his clinic in Denmark, WI. Dr. Wozney has served Bellin as the Medical Director for Ambulatory Quality and Informatics from 2006 – 2016 helping lead the enterprise wide installation of their electronic health record. He now serves as chair of the Department of Primary Care and is the Medical Director for Population Health at Bellin. He has served on Bellin’s Primary Care Executive Committee since 2000.  He is a member of the Board of Directors for Bellin Health Partners, a clinically integrated network that directs Bellin’s accountable care activities. Dr. Wozney is a member of the Wisconsin Collaborative for Healthcare Quality (WCHQ) Measurement Advisory Committee.
