    About me

I’m a full-time treating physical therapist and program lead at TRIA Orthopedics. I lead the TRIA L.E.A.P program, a rehabilitation program designed to help athletes recover from injuries to the lower body (from the hips to the toes). The program helps athletes relearn movement in ways that support both athletic performance and long-term health. I’m also very involved in other return-to-sports protocols and sports medicine initiatives at HealthPartners and TRIA, with a strong focus on rehabilitating injuries suffered in soccer, basketball, sprinting and jumping. I help patients with many different types of musculoskeletal conditions, including knee, shoulder and ankle injuries as well as postoperative care. Physical therapists can have a profoundly positive impact on people’s lives, and it’s a privilege to serve as a clinical instructor for doctor of physical therapy (DPT) candidates, helping to equip them to deliver skilled care.
