My patients always come first. I value their trust in me and it is important that I uphold such trust. Prior to becoming a cardiologist, I spent five years working as an internist at Tulane University. I completed my cardiology training at the University of Iowa where I also stayed on faculty for 1 year. I enjoy caring for patients with heart failure, coronary artery disease and valvular heart conditions. I have a particular interest in echocardiography, nuclear cardiology and more recently, cardiac MRI and CT. I have a very sweet wife and two wonderful kids whom I enjoy spending time with.
