I serve as Director of Member Services at HealthPartners, where my team and I are a one-stop shop for answers, information and support in connecting members and providers with the services they need. I’ve been with HealthPartners for more than 20 years, helping individuals and families navigate the complexities of insurance plans and provider networks. During this time, I’ve become very aware of how understanding health insurance coverage and Medicare and Medicaid issues can help members get connected to the right care.

When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family on our hobby farm raising chickens and riding horses.
