Having spent more than 20 years working for health care organizations in roles that include pharmacy program and IT management, I know how difficult it can be for people to navigate the health care system. Even if you have insurance, understanding who pays for what and how much care is likely to cost can sometimes be confusing and frustrating. That is why it is so important to stay focused on the insurance plan member experience and continuous quality improvement. Outside of work, I enjoy sketching, painting and music. I also love hiking with my dog and enjoying Minnesota’s four seasons.
